These are your tasks
- Design, organize and implement online and offline product training for our employees, specialist dealers and end users
- Develop target group content for training courses
- Continuous transfer of the latest technical knowledge of products in the region and development of a training schedule
- Compile and adapt presentation materials and training materials at the regional level in collaboration with the global team
- Measure the success of regional training and ongoing development
- Implementation, organization and further development of factory visits
- Administrative support in the field of “Communication and Brand Management”
your skills
- Have successfully completed a commercial or technical training (HAK, HTL, etc.)
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in sales and customer service
- Good technical understanding
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong desire to travel
