Workshop on “Soft Skills” for teachers organized

JAMMU, September 3: Dogra College of Education as part of IQAC hosted a three-day online workshop on “Soft Skills” for its faculty members and students.
The workshop began with a welcoming speech from Dr Shefali Sharma, coordinator of the IQAC Dogra College of Education. In her speech, she gave a brief description of the importance of soft skills for language and personality development in the current scenario.
Rohit Sharma, English speaker and DCE was the resource person for the workshop attended by both professors and trainee teachers to learn and work on their communication skills which are important to their careers and professional development.
“There are various soft skills, namely listening, communication, work ethic, etc. ).
Dr Vikesh Kumar Sharma, Director of DCE appreciated the efforts of the IQAC cell of the College in organizing the workshop. A formal vote of thanks was presented by Indu Puri, Senior Lecturer DCE.
